Do you deliver?Yes we do. We have a brand new 16ft enclosed trailer to deliver your rental items safely to you.

How long is your rental period?We allow pick up/delivery of your rental items the day before your event, and will pick up your items the day after your event.

Do your prices include tax?No, our prices shown on our website do not include taxes.

Do we need to wash the tablecloths we rent?No, just shake them out and place in the laundry bags provided.

When renting dinnerware, do we need to wash it?No, glasses just need to be dumped out and placed back into the compartments provided. Plates need to be scrapped off and placed back into their crates.

When do I know that my rental items have been saved for my date?Once we receive your 50% deposit, your rental items and date are saved for you.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

What if my rental numbers are different once I receive my RSVP's.That's no worry. We will contact you 2 wks prior to your event and get your final numbers then. We will adjust this on your invoice.
